"I feel ya.
Hope you manage to push yourself. I’ve gone weeks not leaving the house - it gets harder the longer you leave it. "
Thanks.
I am going to try tomorrow. I dont sleep so if you see me on nocturnal threads remind me to go out whilst nobody is around. |

Just do a bit at a time, find that it’s gone ok and next time you can do a bit more.
Go out when it’s quiet, just for a few minutes, then the next day do a little more. Push yourself to do it every day, even though it’s difficult.
Good luck |

I sleep around 4 or 5 hours a day maximum. If I sleep 2 hours in the day I wont get more than 3 hours at night

I suffer with anxiety with big crowds, I'm so much better now I have a little one as it means I have to leave the house.
I tend to go out really early or late especially when doing a food shop.
Do you have a garden? You could just go out there as its still your own space..
Hope you manage to get out soon x |

Is it quiet now? Can you try again? Even just open the door and get some fresh air and count to 10 then go inside again. |

Know how you feel OP have you contacted your Gp about this. I was the same, got so use to being inside that I didn't want to out. I had to push myself hard in the end, I wouldn't even drive, but OK now, just take it very slow. |

"I went in the garden for a coffee last night. Just done same this morning. Its a start"
Music helps me, I know it sounds weird but put some headphones with your favourite tunes on and sit outside. I have to walk my school run along a busy road and it's the only way I can focus on something else rather than myself and how I am feeling. Hope this helps xxx |

Think everything has been said! Little and often .... back garden is good .... early mornings are great .... I have audible too .... definitely talk to your doctor .... lack of sleep makes it worse .... exercise around the house! You can do 10000 steps by walking on the spot! Clean eating helps
And never quit .... slow progress is still progress!!! You can do this!!! xxx |
