Definitely! It’s a case of being less tolerant for me I think and not caring what people think like I used to and getting rid of negative people in my life. I’m a right grumpy bitch these days but I like it  |

I can be grumpy at times and i do enjoy a bit of a rant when i am pissed off!!
If i am honest i am more tolerant than i used to be but to the point of putting up with too much from some people

I can't remember the last time I was grumpy. I realise now that feeling grumpy stems from unhappiness with a situation, and most situations can be tackled. The saying ' know what you can change, know what you can't and have the wisdom to know the difference' is very relevant. I realise know that most of the time in the past when I was grumpy stemmed from the actions of others trying to get me to express their anger for them. A lot of unhappy people have the habit of trying to vex others in order to make themselves feel better. I have become much more aware of this over time, and don't reward this behavior by taking their toxic anger upon myself. Instead I detach myself emotionally,keep calm and usually see the provocateur eventually become forced to express their own anger for themselves.
It's the most useful and beneficial life lesson I have ever learned !  |
