Peoples names don't turn me on or off. There are names I really like (James and Briony are my favourites), and there are names I don't particularly like...but a persons given name would never be a dealmaker/breaker for me.
However...profile names....well I must admit I've deleted quite a lot of messages without even reading them, just because the user-name has made me cringe |

"Cutesy" names their mum gave them like Paulie, Davey, Sam Sam...
Don't much like Bernard, Harold, Ralph, Norman, Arthur, George...
Do like Grant, Daniel, Bradley...
Can't say they turn me on or off though.
Irrationally, I dislike anyone called Christine...I've not met one I've not wanted to stab with a dirty pointy stick.  |
