I’m more than ready to get lazy if there’s any good films left, snacks and someone to spoon.

I was lazy this morning, even managed a few hours nap at lunchtime. But I just returned from my gym where I spent 3 whole hours swimming, relaxing in sauna and steam room + observing hot bodies from my pool lounger  |

I’ve been busy emotional start to the day. Released emotion and reflected at the gym with some vigorous cardio and full body work. More emotional exchanges. Emptied 330 litre compost bin - bloody hard work that is. Now having a quick cuppa before making a seafood lasagne for dinner. Don’t know what I’m doing after dinner yet though. |
