Lol it’s not that.

It’s the 18 or end of Tertiary Education part.

Daughter was 18 in December and finishes college July. Then gap year then university. So if the end of tertiary mean’s this July or 4 year when finished university?!

Was it not defined in the order to say anything about gap years? If not, does she have an offer that she has accepted but deferred for the gap year or is it a year out and then try to find a uni place? If the former there's a good argument to say she is still in education.

There's a reason I don't do property law...it's not enough fun lol
