So was fucking this woman.. very hard, very deep from behind..turned side on and down..get that extra bit of length..
Anyway kept feeling like something hitting my helmet.. Like hard as fuck.
Tried ignoring it.. Went into althetic mode
When flipped her over.. Seen my helmet.
Had like about 20 tiny pressed in marks, like something thin was stabbing into me.
She said was because am so big and that it happened once before, so that's how she knows it's the coil or the wires.
Wtf does this actually happen? What are the wires that hang down she spoke about off the coil?

This can happen even with the mirena coil when they are fairly new and if the "strings " are too long. You need to be a bit more gentle OP then it won't bite back. |

They need to have strings so you can check its still in place and so there's something to pull it out by when its time to remove it. I used to get mine cut really short but Mr N could still feel them occasionally. |

So it does happen then.
I was thinking why it so low down.. Cant be right that.
Does a woman feel that inside her?
The damage done surely can't be from some string? What made of plastic or wire, surely strings would move about?
Sorry for my ignorance on the coil.

No. Women can't feel it. I believe the "strings" are made from plastic. |

The strings often get sort of tucked up in your cervix. You can't feel it as such but when its removed you onow its gone. A mirena is plastic. |

I have a copper coil and no one has ever felt it inside me. I had a meet a few weeks ago that was big enough to give me stomach cramps after and even he didn’t feel it. I think a lot is to do with the positioning and to do with the length of the strings. Going to get mine checked on Monday now though, when I go for my clinic check up, as it seems feeling it is pretty common. |

They check they are both still outside, a few weeks after insertion then with every smear test they can sometimes come out but it’s rare but they can move to different parts of the womb and cause discomfort or not work as well so they have to remove and put a new one in, the wires make removal possible in the surgery |

Sorry but as a designer
It's a piss poor design. What's that hole for at Base of rod. That's the shape of the mark made on helmet.. Why can't it be smooth.. Or made of something natural like stone.. Rather than plastic.. It's tiny so can't be that hard to make summit better.
Im sure helps lots of women and men in turn, by what it does.. But still a crap design if does so the things like coming out or bang against a cock |

Fuck knows? All I know is it stops me bleeding 24/7 for months on end. Don't really care about the design or the fact it hurts some men who go too deep. Are you going to redesign it?? Whilst you are at it could you make it a little less painful to insert into a cervix? That part was worse than childbirth. |

I'm sure the designers knew what they were doing and got all the usual clinical tests and approvals before it was so widely distributed - thing is everyone is different, some women have lower cervixes than others, just as men have different sized cocks - if you were aware of it, surely the thing to have done would be change position to one that was more comfortable or go a little easier |

Errr the logical one that knows that something like that would not be allowed to be used unless it had been fully tested first.
Like I said, if it was uncomfortable for you and the good lady, surely the right thing to have done would have been to change position rather than carry on banging away like a bull? |

Mirena coils are quite sophisticated. They release hormones over a period of around five years. Something like that isn't cobbled up by a guy in a shed in his back garden.
Do a bit of a search on the net, have a look at the different types available and how they work. |

Interesting point here.
Ironically, last night D had a finger deep inside me and teasing my cervix and for the first time ever mentioned he had felt the tip if the thread on the coil and that it felt like the small plastic filament it is, read on.....
Occasionally after sex, he gets a few small reddish marks on the tip of his cock.......could these be irritated points where this filament is ‘pricking’ him?.......read on.....
Could this same issue cause a condom to rupture as safe sex with any guy wearing a rubber is perhaps less likely SAFE!.......
The position of the cervix changes slightly through the cycle and I can certainly feel the difference in sex at different times of the month even though I have Mirena and no monthly ‘troubles’. So i have a coil so we can have intimate not obscured sex as a couple but considering this thought, does the Mirena make safe ‘(std) sex impossible relying on not piercing condoms? |

You don't have to have them shortened. Only if there's an issue. The woman might not know they can be felt if her partner didn't tell her. |

People saying she can have them cut shorter the short ones can actually cause the issue as they are more spiky. Strings that are slightly longer can mold against the vaginal walls. However I would suggest the OP mentions to her to go for a coil check as assuming safe sex too place a condom could be pierced and the clinic can check the string lengths |

What happened to my cock and by sounds of it with ur partner also...the deep marks in my helmet.. If had been a condom.. Would go straight through it would imagine.
I expect perhaps be some claims against the makers of coil if did, but then like talk company.
Probably pay out millions to one woman and that ends all claims future.
You made a valid and actually quite concerning point about the possibility of the condom being punctured.
Expect the makers never thought of this |

I suppose they are a little old school and think loving couples with a Mirina coil in situ no longer want to fuck about. How that leaves single ladies who have one for the other benefits, is a bit of a dark topic. D woke up at 6 am with this thought that had occurred to him and it stimulated a lot of chit chat between us. I’m not really bothered about other guys and prefer FF for extracurricular playtime to be honest. This has left me seriously considering who I will play with as the Mirina has been fantastic for all the right reasons and D certainly does enough on the ‘home front’ to keep me more than happy.
I’m questioning things now all the ‘jigsaw pieces’ have fallen into place |

A little bit of research and found this that may answer any concerns about an IUD coil piercing a condom:
"At this point, there is no real evidence that IUD strings could break a condom. The strings of the Mirena, for example, are made of really soft plastic that wouldn’t be able to penetrate the strong latex of a condom. One medically reviewed site, even recommends that people wear condoms if the strings are bothering them before they’ve softened. While there are some anecdotes of people believing that their IUD broke a condom, there’s no way to know for certain that it was the IUD and not one of the other potential ways a condom can puncture that caused those breakages."
As the IUD actually sits inside the uterus, and only the strings protrude from it, the chances of condoms being pierced (something which again I am sure would have been checked and tested during any clinical trials) are minimal. It is apparently possible for an IUD to be part expelled though - so perhaps OP your partner should have it checked by her GP to be sure |

So my post has highlighted issues for you both.
I actually looked at a few other forums and medical pages. It seems are consultants. Who state that although it's rare for it to split condoms. It does happen.. And therefore an element of risk if having protected sex with someone else.
I'm sure looking at the design in greater detail and how it is placed. It's a piss pour design. The strings generally bind themselves to the walling (stick) they there to help keep it aligned, as moves. Still sure could come up with a better design than something that can cause damage |

I didn't suggest it didn't happen but as you say it's rare - and condoms can break for any number of reasons but again it's rare - so it all comes down to assessing risks just the same as deciding to do oral without a condom/barrier |

I'm reading.. Depending on where you are in your cycle, the position of the cervix varies. During your period, the cervix is low, firm (like the tip of your nose), and slightly open to allow the blood to flow. Once you stop bleeding, the cervix tends to stay low and hard but becomes tightly closed. As you get closer to ovulation, it rises to the top of the vagina and becomes soft and moist. When you’re ovulating, the cervix feels soft (like your lips), high, open, and very wet. After ovulation, the cervix drops again, becomes harder, and closes as it gets ready for menstruation again.
2. It can change your sex life!
Because your cervix is moving up and down, becoming soft or firm and slightly opening or closing, some positions for intercourse (or insertion of any kind) may be uncomfortable at certain times during your monthly cycle (obviously not with the coil, we discuss ) |

I’m glad you said that. I hate having my cervix banged in the first place.

I have a tilted uterus so that means the cervix sits in a different place. It can cause some positions to be painful or uncomfortable. I don’t have the coil, I have the implant that’s fitted in my arm. That’s not a nice thing to have fitted but I felt it was less painful than having the coil. |

And as also pointed out by yourself the chances of that rip or tear happening are as minimal as it splitting for any number of other reasons, so limited risk.
As I said way upthread, if it's causing discomfort for either person surely the thing to do is stop, or change position - I know that's what I've done in the past when I was in a similar situation to your OP. |

Some kind woman sent me a picture of what is etc
Sorry but as a designer
It's a piss poor design. What's that hole for at Base of rod. That's the shape of the mark made on helmet.. Why can't it be smooth.. Or made of something natural like stone.. Rather than plastic.. It's tiny so can't be that hard to make summit better.
Im sure helps lots of women and men in turn, by what it does.. But still a crap design if does so the things like coming out or bang against a cock "

Copper coils are evil for girls too had 2 of them caused no end of problems so moved onto mirena.
As long as your condone didn't get any damage you should be fine if a little sore |

"This can happen even with the mirena coil when they are fairly new and if the "strings " are too long. You need to be a bit more gentle OP then it won't bite back.
So it does happen then.
I was thinking why it so low down.. Cant be right that.
Does a woman feel that inside her?
The damage done surely can't be from some string? What made of plastic or wire, surely strings would move about?
Sorry for my ignorance on the coil.
I'm a man after all "
This is partly why I wont have one anymore.. if you like deep sex then they are no good.. I could feel it all the time for sex.. no matter what the size of the guy..
I also found that I had constant pain and a whole host of other problems.. I had one dislodged...
I have tried 3 times..Now thankfully its not an option for me. |

Mind due surely can't be that good for body having plastic or copper up you all the time "
I have Mirena coil fitted, it was the best decision of my life. Even though I was opposed to it at first, after reading all the horror stories online.
I have been told before, by some of my partners, that they could feel the strings, in some positions. But to be honest, I don't care, and normally change of position helped. Also, I'd rather have some plastic and some strings up my 'foo foo', as you call it, OP, than get pregnant and be stuck with different sort of strings for the rest of my life. |

I’m the opposite
Copper coil is fab ( apart from the bleeding )
The mirena caused a hideous year of low mood and irritability
It was hideous and glad it’s out now
Progesterone intolerance !
Same with pill or any thing else with progesterone

I'd be devastated if that had ever happened to a partner.
Another reason I'm glad I never went down the coil route. Dr's had tried to persuade me, but never liked the idea of the device being inside me |

I had the copper coil for 10 years as I wanted to come away from hormones and it was brilliant, no problems with it at all.
However, when it came to changing it that's a whole other story.
Had the first one removed (ouch) and then an appointment 3 weeks later to have the new one fitted (double ouch, the red hot poker analogy works well)
Unfortunately it was fitted too low and kept causing cramps and bleeding so had to go for scans to check and then they pulled it out again.
Then another booking for another to be fitted again 3 weeks later only for the same thing to happen and this time they think my body was rejecting it too.
So now no more coils and I am back to taking hormones
With how my first one was I can only think that the one you felt was too low down |

"Puts a different complexion on a NSA meet"
Sort of funny, but really sparked serious questions, given some the info I've read by members here.
It seems it's not very good for womens body in most part and the fact that it does and even has torn condoms. Surely that in own right is poor design.
Then is.. The placement.. Id imagine this is down to each Dr who places it.. As to how high or low they put it? And that might be very much to do with access or restrictions in access.
I must say playing medical games with ex
Was very shocked
What women have to go through for smear or when Dr uses a speculum.
That's a shite design also. Women have a raw deal when comes to all this stuff guess.
Thinking could be much better and more comfortable design of the speculum as well as the coil.

Do you know why coils are shaped like they are?
Not all healthcare professionals who use speculum are doctors.
As I said before, the investment in women’s health research and the acknowledgement of our unique problems are underfunded.
Not all women suffer during cervical screening, the vast majority cope just fine.
It’s not called a ‘smear test’ anymore. They have decided that the words are putting women off having one. It’s now cervical screening. |

I was with a girl and she got on top and put herself down on my cock.
When she got to the base and my full cock was inside her, she started to gasp for air and hold her throat.
She said it was normal when she gets on a big thick juicy cock. Didn't have any marks on my penis though. |

Care to explain? The coil is positioned in the uterus. The strings, maybe felt as they hang into the vagina. So if the coil is positioned correctly then the cock would need to penetrate the cervix. |

Why can that T-shaped design not be made of a natural material rather than plastic and those big long wires, they cut short. Why can't they be made of natural materials like he mp and be allowed to dissolve natural.
More read on the original design patent.
It's really rather basic the design. Not much too it. Hazard a guess in some jungle.. Women stick a stick haha up themselves and one don't make tribes men.
After all most things in medicine. Is something natural just as good or serves same purpose.
Looking at the original design patent, before design changes made. I wonder if a cocktail brolly was used in the making |

I had a Mirena for 5 years. My husband got stabbed every single time which put him off.
So it did its contraceptive job really well...
Took the damn thing out last year and my disapleared libido came back with a vengeance and no more stabbing!
I know the copper and Mirena IUD work great for most people, I’m just unlucky. I got pregnant with my 2nd child while wearing the copper one.. |

What purpose would a dissolving method of contraception be!
The strings don’t need to be cut short, they soften with time and coil up but the fact remains that it’s for contraception, not for the comfort of the man. |

"So the point here is guys get stabbed by the strings and some women loose sex drive and few other issues.
Great bit of design this eh "
Not at all - there have been plenty of people throughout this thread that have said how well it works for them - it's well known that different contraception works differently for different people - that's all part and parcel of the human body being different and nothing to do with the design of those individual contraceptives.
As I've now said several times throughout this thread - if you were aware that you were coming into contact with something that caused you discomfort (which you must have been IF it did what you say it did to you), why didn't you stop and change position rather than just banging away (presumably also without any concern for the good lady in question also)?
Despite the fact that as far as I'm aware you're not a clinician, a Doctor, a scientist or similar, you seem to be on a bit of a misguided mission to prove that something designed by exactly that type of person (i.e. someone with knowledge of the subject beyond getting the end of their cock banged by one) and which would have been subject to all kinds of clinical trials and approvals before being used, is a bad design - not sure why? |

Had this happen to me a few times (hubby) with the wife, if I go too far in it sometimes feels like something Is pinching the end of my cock , it's not painful as such but it can be a bit of a pain when your in the moment and shes just about to squirt and then bam the little fucker gets me and it's a bit of a shock lol, we got to the point where we were worried I had maybe knocked the coil out of place so we went to see the docs and they said it's just the strings that they use to take the coil out that I can feel but they said they are quite deep inside so not everyone feels them, atleast it made me think maybe I dont have such a small cock after all Haha;) |

Get myself 'done' no thanks.
I'm good at self control thanks.
No accidental slip for me. Edging on another level
Dry cum darling
Dry cum
And it isn't about it effecting men here. I am in agreement with you about it being rubbish and women have to go through enough let alone have to have this inside them.
As much as birth control is unfortunately necessary in some form. As a man I've never been one to agree with any woman, taking a pill or having an implant or now the coil (with added strings) just too not get pregnant or because it'd much better fun with someone long term without the use of rubber between us.
Aside from having to agree that they (the medical profession etc) seem to spend more £££££'s on men's health, than do womens. Yet women bare the children, have to ensure child birth. I'm sure most men would pass out during that shit |
