So i decided a new method to cut down smoking, im only allowed to smoke in one room of the house, if i got out for less than 4 hrs i dont take them with me. Ive told myself im not giving up just cutting back. It seems to be working, i was on 50+ before christmas and yesterday i only had 6 and today just had my first one.

I gave up nearly 5 years ago, by just making the decision not to smoke in the house or the car.... this was when you could still smoke in the pub... I got to the stage where I couldn't be arsed to go outside for one, so it wasn't hard.
Then when I had stopped, I kept a packet at home, just not my brand, that way I had to REALLY want one and then it wouldn't be very nice, so I didn't bother

50+, that's about 15 GBP a day for the cheapest brand! 
Apart from benefits to your health, the money you will save will be quite substantial!
It will pay for the new camping trailer with a lockable hard top in 3 months!

oh evesham you have motivatated me too take up knitting again. I used to be brilliant years ago and havent done any for about 16 years and ive just bougth a book with patterns in for cushions and cant remember what the other was. Someone gave me one of those knitted flower brooches the other day and i thought well i could do that. |
