I have accumulated a lot of cookbooks over the years and will start with Vegetables From An Italian Garden. It is a beautiful book to just look through when not cooking plus there are some really good dishes in it. My go to book for using vegetables.
What is your favourite cookbook and why? |

Heston at Home, great take on some very simple dishes. Some are quite time consuming but the results are amazing......
Slow cooked pork belly is my absolute favourite.
Anyone done a Fab come dine with me? |

I too have accumulated many books over the years although I haven’t brought one for a while.
I don’t really have a favourite because I dip in and out of all of them for inspiration or for recipe ideas. If I was to pick a favourite it would be Cooking With the Masterchef by Michel Roux Junior. He’s a genius in the kitchen and I love his stuff. |

I've got LOADS of cookery books. I recently went through them all and made a note of the recipes I would actually use, page no etc. The books by Mary Berry, Gino D'Acampo and Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall made it onto the list more than the others with Jamie Oliver coming in fourth. |
