Ok it's January, otherwise known in the UK as 'winter'. In the winter it's cold, wet, windy, pissy, frosty and it usually snows at some point in time.
So is it my imagination or are the media giving more and more airtime to the fact that it might snow and the fact that we might suffer from an 'arctic blast' or the 'mercury' will 'plummet' ?
Yes Mr Media Person, it might snow .. so wtf is the big deal ? - don't you have anything else newsworthy report on, or is this just an easy ride using stock photos of cars stuck in snow, upturned cars in snow, gritters in snow, old people struggling with shopping bags in snow, lambs in fields full of snow ..... ?
Get real this is the UK it's fucking cold and it will snow - hardly breaking news is it ? |

although this is the second year in a row its snowed, snow is not always guaranteed in the UK nd so people need to be reminded how to act!! lol
for example - people eed to realise stopping distaces INCREASE when driving in the snow and so they should not drive up my arse on the way home from the rugby |

Ooops, so it is - just testing pmsl. Just goes to prove what people say - I'm behind the times, albeit only by a few days.
How time flies when you're an old twat.
But you know what I'm getting at though |

But, have you noticed... They predict all the weather and then next day, predict some more.. Never an apology for getting it wrong the previous day!
We have been being told it would snow from last Thursday! It started at about 5pm today!
I blame that Carol bint on Breakfast! They give her way too much time, some days as much as 15 minutes in the hour!
Bloody hell, It is her fault it's snowing! Mind you, she has the most delightful breasts! |
