I wholeheartedly and unreservedly apologise to any woman I ever made a comment to about how long she takes to shop for an outfit! It's sooo complicated!

Previously in male mode I could walk into a shop, pick up a shirt and pants, pay knowing they would fit. Job done.

Putting the out fit together in my new pic, it's a size 10 skirt, size 14 blouse and size 18 jacket, talk about confusing. No wonder it takes so long!

Lol, one of my favourite build ups to a meet is to take the lady shopping and help her pick out an outfit for our fun!

Shoes is interesting, either 10 or 11 depending on brand but there aren't too many places to go try on a pair that size, it's always online. Hand bag to match the shoes never an issue though

Do you just have to memorise which size in which brand? what's a 10 in one seems to be a 14 in another.

I absolutely loathe clothes shopping, for those exact reasons.

I am not any one standard size

Sizes depending on style & the store

14/16 hips

12/14 waist

18/20 for for back, boobs & shoulders

Add in 37"legs

Buying clothes to fit me is a logistical nightmare

Looking forward to seeing what outfit you've got for Saturday though

I love how people think it's easy for men to go shopping, it can take at least 30 mins to decide which polo shirt I want! But one of my favourite shops (pretty green) has just gone into administration so that knocks me down to about 4 shops/brands I'll wear got to admit footwear is easier though!

To be fair, being trans I've seen both sides of things and just from a personal perspective I find sizing much easier in men's cloths. Shame I suit being femme so much better
