I don't use it either, so I couldn't tell you how long the smell hangs around, but I agree that at least a day before is a good idea (what if you have a reaction to it  ) |

I use veet for 20 mins with good results. However, I've been using it for years and my skin is used to it.
Maybe try 15mins on a test patch and see how it feels before slapping it on everywhere.

Hair removal cream is scarily unpredictable
I don't trust it not to burn me so it's always a razor for me.
Though I'm growing it and going for a more trimmed look at the moment - less maintenance  |
