Doughnut tells me all the time I am gorgeous and sexy and I go all shy and say I’m not, he then says ‘other men on fab think you are’ to which I say ‘I have tits and a fanny, if we were on a vanilla night out they probably wouldn’t look twice at me’.
So I’ve been thinking a lot today, are your taste in the opposite (or same sex) the same in real life as it is here. I mean I fancy lots of a young, tattooed hotty here but in the real world they don’t really appeal to me, I prefer dad bods in the real world

My time on here has taught me that I definitely don’t have a fixed type. As it stands I know that both on and off Fab I can fancy the pants of several different people and none of them are similar to each other. So I definitely haven’t got a clue!! |

I like what I like regardless of where I have seen them.
I think on here though there’s a variety of different men who I wouldn’t necessarily come across in reality.
It’s like a Smorgasbord...

Same on Fab and in real life. I love tattooed guys, especially metal heads- bald heads and athletic in particular. Luckily Mr is all that, and more! Met him on here, so best of both worlds for me

Only in the fact that on here or in a party, they make more of an effort to be sexy, sure I have an imagination for the ones outside of fab but I do enjoy perving at a good photo collection here or seeing all the sexy lingerie in clubs or hot guys confident in there boxers strutting around, compared to dads rushed together in the morning or rocking the trackies at the supermarket. I have learnt though that it really is personality that really attracts my attention first and good eyes. |

Its funny but ive always preferred the what I term 'real women' ie: lumps and bumps etc. Our bodies are pretty much a road map of our lives and to me a perfect young body just says that person hasnt 'lived' and wont have enough life experience to be able to hold a conversation or my interest. I accept I may well be doing some people an injustice but its simply my personal point of view |

I tend to fancy men more off site than on here, as i get to watch them being them and i generally stick to men my own age. I don’t have a type.
On here i generally have to click with a fella to even want to carry on chatting to him, and that doesn’t happen often.

Very similar for me in both real and fab life, the bigger difference is actually probably me in that I'd happily speak with people on here that I'd not do in real life... Not because I don't find them attractive in the real world, but find more difficult to approach in person x |

My taste is exactly the same on here and in real life.. I've no set type I just like what I like. Hence why I don't really meet because it's hard to find chemistry that's right. |

I have a varied taste tbh.
I think my taste differs from here to real life though. For example I only meet men who are at least five foot ten from here, yet my only current irl crush is only five foot eight (and a half! That's apparently important) which is only half an inch taller than me. |

I've always liked older guys. My dad is 56 so I couldn't date his age or older. Although I'd meet someone on here that age or slightly older.
Once dated a younger guy for quite some time. Met his family and everything. In the end it didn't go very well. Never again. Even meeting under 30s on here, well so far all of them have proven me correct, younger guys aren't for me.
My ideal man would be dark haired, average to long beard which is groomed and well kept, tattoo'd and either a gym body but not too ripped or just a dad type bod. Yummy! |

Would men that are on here, be more ‘choosy’ when in the real world? Here (not saying all) men give the impression they will sleep with most women as long as they have a vagina or is it, when out in the real world do they still fancy the same type of women as they do on fab but wouldn’t act upon it in fear of being ridiculed by their mates?
Example: if I wasn’t on fab would I be desirable to you if we were in the same pub (I mean the ones that have shown interest), I have huge confidence issues and doughnut has boosted it no end and he my biggest supporter but I am genuinely interested are the men here that show interest in someone like me here because I have lady bits or do they genuinely find someone like me attractive?

I wouldn't sleep with a woman on here I didn't find attractive in RL. There's a broad range of physical types in women I find attractive, but there are other factors that diminish my preferences down here and in real life. Factors like age,I wouldn't sleep with any lady I fancy who's a lot younger than me or someone who had a fetish for being degraded are two personal no go areas that spring to mind for me. Also I'd hate the idea of being a notch on someone's bedpost, who wouldn't find me attractive in real life. Personality / chemistry would dwindle potential play meets down drastically for me too. I guess it just comes down to everybody having their own internal morals about who they play with. |

I didn't think I have a type but my friends say I am attracted to bad men!
OP, have you considered that whilst being in a couple on here, sharing is encouraged, in real life, men that find you attractive, may shy away because you are 'taken'? |

I would like think that I look for the same in a prospective meet as I would in a long time partner but I’m truth that I’m not sure it’s that easy.
I guess it’s down to what intially attracts you to a person and whether you can expand upon that or accept that the initial is enough.
For myself I like a warm personality, confidence (or at least the show of) is always sexy.
My OH (as hopefully you will soon see) would probably describe herself as average and yet she is my world and think she is fucking gorgeous.....so we are all different. |

One dimensional people on Fab are different to real life people.
What I find attractive in a picture and a few written words is totally different to what I find attractive in real life when you get the whole person.
Voices and mannerisms etc .. are all part of the person as a whole. |

Yep, this for me too. I find the same sort of men and women attractive on here and in real life (as much as a no type type can go) but relationship wise it's a bit different most of the time. I can't really explain why. |

Pictures I fab are not necessarily indicative of people I would choose. That’s an initial physical reaction and although when I was younger I could base my sex life solely on that. Even in a swinging sense, I now need way more before I’ll jump anyone’s bones. Sex is no longer a purely physical act so the attraction has to be based on more than something physical and online that’s way harder to gauge.
So the people are the same, just more difficult to find I reckon

I was thinking back to my single days, when I was on the look out for a partner in crime, I never got any interest in the normal outside world (even at the end of a d*unken night) yet here, I was very popular, hence my reason for asking x |
