Can't you just use windows paint and spray a load of colour over the face? |

Paint Shop Pro is one of the best photo editing programmes out there. Search google for it and you can download for free with a 30 day trial period. It's not expensive to buy after that and I always make sure it's one of the first progs I install on a new machine. |
