I'm feeling sad for the people on the telly programme about Body Dysmorphia.
It's a distraction from me feeling a little overwhelmed at the moment but it will pass.

It's still on.
These are people the majority would describe as attractive, and yet they see themselves as ugly and not good enough. We all get that sometimes but their sadness is affecting - in the moment.
I had one of those really busy days at work that I can't quite switch off yet. Hence being on Fab.

Did the programme effect you deeply?
It's still on.
These are people the majority would describe as attractive, and yet they see themselves as ugly and not good enough. We all get that sometimes but their sadness is affecting - in the moment.
I had one of those really busy days at work that I can't quite switch off yet. Hence being on Fab.

Underwear and swimsuit shopping tomorrow as we are going away for a couple of days, sort of forum social Friday and happens to be our first anniversary too, hence why we are away. So looking forward to going to another hotel for a break |

I place a fair amount of trust in believing we are as much how others see and experience us as we see and experience ourselves. Our reflection can tell us a lie if we're not able to see it clearly.

k" I am well came back on fab a short while ago was looking at the European parliament on You Tube for the first time. Take care on the ride home and may your shift time speed up! |
