Fancied a chat some human contact. Why you tired and stressed if it's not too personal?

All seems ok to me. I'm feeling tired so I should sleep well tonight.

How are you?

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I'm feeling sad for the people on the telly programme about Body Dysmorphia.

It's a distraction from me feeling a little overwhelmed at the moment but it will pass.

I hope your quest for human contact is fruitful, OP.

Did the programme effect you deeply?

It's nice to have, even a short time relating to others it makes a person feel connected. As I have had a bit of a solitary day.

It's still on.

These are people the majority would describe as attractive, and yet they see themselves as ugly and not good enough. We all get that sometimes but their sadness is affecting - in the moment.

I had one of those really busy days at work that I can't quite switch off yet. Hence being on Fab.

It is really something when people cannot see their own beauty...and truth doesn't penetrate. Very frustrating.

Underwear and swimsuit shopping tomorrow as we are going away for a couple of days, sort of forum social Friday and happens to be our first anniversary too, hence why we are away. So looking forward to going to another hotel for a break

Did you see the young lady who said she looked like a boy? So touching. She never looked like a boy,she looked like a gentle Sweet child. She's a budding Artist now!

I did.

I place a fair amount of trust in believing we are as much how others see and experience us as we see and experience ourselves. Our reflection can tell us a lie if we're not able to see it clearly.

Yes it is important too how others see us. It is possible to be strong minded but we all need love and validation.
