I’m currently looking for my next job and I have applied for a few, no one replies to say they have received your application and never get a thanks but no thanks we will keep your C.V on our records |

Isn’t that the same as women on fab? Not dissing either, but these days employers are inundated with applications and it’s not cost effective to employ someone to reply negatively, even though I agree with you that they should.
No reply means no thanks.

Get on the phone, even before you send your cv, which needs to be super fucking cool, and sell yourself.
It's too easy to apply online and wait, but that's mostly a waste of time.
It's a competitive market and ppl aren't gonna ask you about your skills when other ppl are in their faces bragging about how amazing they are.
