Luna isnt too bad, radiation makes it hard but luna dust and resin makes very good concrete substitutes and its not corrosive its just incredibly abrasive due to being glass like and electrostatically charged so it clings to everything. It is however due to its iron content able to be heated very rapidly by microwaves where it melts easily. Nasa had some plans for mounting big microwave emitters on a vehicle and basicaly jist melting roada into the dust Does contain water though. Japanese probe and a gravity mapping probe recently discovered a huge lava tube though. Underground cavern potentially bigger than a city.
