minus 5 outside, shall i leave the central heating on all night?
it's an old victorian house which takes ages to warm up, will just a few nights on affect the bill?

just turn it down overnight a few degrees makes all the difference and as has been said will help prevent frozen pipes |

"Leave it on as would cost just as much to start to heat the whole house up when starting again,also stop you getting frozen pies."

the guy who did our gas check told us its cheaper to leave it on low...though we thankfully have insulation so rarely leave it on for more than a few hours |
