Not really, no.
If your diet is bad then adding a bit of pineapple wont make it much better.
You need to be eating it for a good 3-4 days beforehand, and even then it will only make a difference if your diet is average.
Loads of red meat, caffeine, alcohol, it will be terrible one way or the other. Just having a diet full of natural sugars is better than smashing your face with pineapple last minute. |
