Yep!

And I wish - I used to take the ‘one a day’ tablets five or six times a day, eye drops, nasal spray, the lot

Yeah ... It's a reyt pain in the arse. I usually use antihistamines but only when I get desperate.

Manuka honey ?? x supposed to be a possible helper along with the usual OTC medicines so can’t say it does alone xx

It's started already, hasn't it??

My eldest is sneezing loads, I'm hoping it's just a cold. He had it last year we ended up getting some high dosage tablets from the gp and local honey. They aren't prescribing normal dose anymore so I'm keeping my fingers crossed I'll be able to get him what he had last year.

I have a nasal spray and antihistamines. My eyes run and itch like mad too sometimes

If I'm desperate and antihistamines aren't cutting it, a Neti pot helps. Washes the crud out. It's temporary, and it's not nice, but it makes a marked difference.

Someone also suggested vaseline in the nostril too ,but not tried that yet .
