Hi all,

I'm going Rio later this afternoon for the first time, just wondering if phones and valuables are safe in the lockers they provide?

Also do you need to bring your own padlock?

Thanks

OP the phone number for Rios is on their website, just give them a quick call to ask. It will be much quicker than waiting for a reply on here from people who've been and you are guaranteed to get the correct information.

You get the key and put it on your wrist. I once tried opening somebody else's locker by mistake and I could not.

It's fine. Like going to a public swimming pool but without the lengths.

Yes. The lockers need a pound coin to make them work but it's a key on a wristband. Lockers seems safer than most gyms I've beento to be honest

One pound coins, to be exact.

Yeah nobody does a great deal of swimming in my experience. I did get wanked off in there once which was genuinely awful.

I saw people swimming early in the day. The best time to go to any spa, IMHO.

Rios isn't my cup of tea to be honest. It's a bit rough around the edges and has to be taken with a large pinch of salt!

Everyone says this but I do not see that. Maybe because I treat it purely as a spa and a place to meet people.

I've only ever treated it as a spa. I don't go there to use the toilets.

I went for the squash and biscuits.

"Hm?! "

I was joking. Your implication was that people go there for sex, but like you, I've only ever been there for it's spa facilities.

Hahaha! The squash in those crappy little cups and a soggy biscuit. You know how to live

I just find the rooms too uncomfortable.

I've heard this a lot. I'm on my way there now to find out for myself.

Thanks for the advice
