Tomorrow I’m moving to another country on my own to pursue working on a Superyacht

Since beating a brain tumour ive promises myself I’m going to push my self as far as possible ...

I’m absolutely sh*t scared but good things come to those who take risks

Is there anything you regret not doing through your life or wish you’d have had a go ?

Brighton - even Hove!

My plans changed when I had kids so I’ve reevaluated my life some then. Yours sounds awesome! Go for it.

Sometimes U.K

Good for you, grab every opportunity is my motto.

No regrets here, I’ve been fortunate to travel a lot with my job and have amazing experiences.

Wish you lots of luck!

East Sussex

We don't regret it but we would have moved to Spain or France about ten years ago if we'd known then what we know now. There's still time though we're not dead yet

That is so cool OP! I really hope it works out.

I regret nothing in life. Waste of energy. I just try and learn from the mistakes - there have been many - and try and get better. Looking forward is the only way. I didn't used to be like this. I went through Mindfulness therapy and that changed my perspective somewhat.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

Well done, OP.

There are things I wish I had done or not done but each choice leads to new directions and those paths create opportunities to be taken or not taken.

Go for it OP. Never regret what you do, only what you don’t.

Near Wells

I'm very lucky that I turned my hobby into a business and I really enjoy what I do.

The only disadvantage is the lorry hours and that I work away a lot. I wouldn't change it for the world.

Go for it, you won't regret it and best of luck.

Good luck to you.

Regrets? Yeah, I listened to the mother when I was 18 and got a job in a petrol garage on the tills so I could afford to pay her housekeeping instead of accepting the place I was offered to learn embalming. My life would be completely different now had I gone down that route. Was my dream job back then and to be honest I think I'd still love it now, who knows. Being surrounded by death could have turned me even more crackers than I already am.

Trying for a baby again. 40 this year now and thinking that I'm pretty much not going to have the chance. After losing one I never tried again with anybody I was with due to how hard it was losing Sam. Thinking back now I should of done it as I have spent my working life supporting kids who need homes trying to recapture what I lost. Sorry for the down turn guys. I'll be joking around further down the thread....maybe

We had a choice back in November, up sticks, leave both our jobs behind and our home for working together and doughnut leaving behind the only town he has ever called home, four months on, it’s the best decision we’ve ever made, sometimes it’s tough being in a new place and not knowing many people but we would never go back to our old life.
