We have been posting for a meet for a couple or female or single guy to have some fun and we havent had one single message ? Whats wrong with everyone ? Or us ?  |

sometimes we do and you wait hours for a reply and give up. Then they message and expect you to rush out and meet them late lol.

yeah we have some good pubs and clubs and nice shopping centre. A nice busy place. |

Oh yes, that's another thing, they think you will be desparate enough to meet anyway despite preferences if they leave it late enough. I post meets several days in advance then get a load of inbox messages after 10 at night. I've now learnt to take the meet off at lunchtime to try and avoid this. It's not gender specific either. |

We used to start mailing people about 2-3 weeks before we wanted to meet. Enough time to chat and arrange something but not too long that they got fed up and changed their mind. We always had a date and a plan in mind.
Some of the people we chatted to just drifted off, some we didn't get on. Some we carried on chatting and eventually whittled it down to the ones who fancied our plan.
It took a fair amount of 'work'/ effort but it was always worth it. We never got stood up, which is mad considering how many people do. |
