So many that probably aren't great songs in themselves but they mean something because they're linked to a memory if that makes sense.
I had one girlfriend when I was around 12 (probably wrong age wise) and our song was
Oh zoom, you chased the day away
High noon, the moon and stars came out to play
Then my whole wide world went zoom
High as a rainbow as we went flying bye
Then later you find out it's about drug use ! Lol
Still makes me smile when I hear it now |

Wasn't that similar with "Golden Brown" , excellent song sold well .. loved it ..but many(inc.me) wasn't aware it was about drugs ! |

I love classic love songs from the 40s and 50s (Night and Day, Tenderly, etc), but the one that had a big impact on the youthful me was Amouureuse by Kiki Dee. Haunting and verrrry sexy.
