Ok, so my biggest achievement to date has to be losing 16 half stone in weight after being at my heaviest of 32 stone (before and after pic on in my public pics)

It's been a lot of hard work and at times I've just wanted to quit after becoming severely depressed, suffering emotional and mental breakdown from my previous long term relationship and being morbidly obese...

My biggest downfall was what I ate.. full fatty foods, junk food, takeaways every weekend, full fat sugary drinks and the worst was bread (which is a killer)

I set myself a goal when my relationship ended and the main one was to lose weight... each day I would cut something out that was no good for me and replace it for more healthier option and so on and so on..

I would still have my treats once a fortnight so not to cut it out completely and I replaced sugary drinks at first for no added sugar... slowly but surely I started to notice the weight coming off as my clothes became looser and my face became thinner...

Having being knocked back for most of my life due to my appearance I finally started to feel good about myself and told myself every day that I can do this and not to fail as I would feel better, happier and healthier within myself

I have dropped from a dress size 26-28 to a more confident and comfortable 18-20.

I now have my life back, I've since discovered my sex drive which I never seemed to have had back then and I'm quite proud of what I've achieved.

So, what have you achieved, if anything in your lifetime ?

Well done OP, what an incredibly achievement.

I guess mine would be running/jogging/walking the Bath half marathon a couple of years ago in memory of my mum. I was no where near fit and it was tough going, but i did it.

Seen in far off places

You've certainly every reason to feel good about yourself.

You've accomplished much through sheer will and determination and you look absolutely stunning as a result.

Now it's your time to enjoy (and flaunt!) the new you!

Well done you - you should feel very proud of your achievement.

Big hugs & kisses xXx

That is a fantastic achievement. Congratulations!!

I guess mine would be running my own business for the last 23 years doing something I love and making a good living from it.

That's extraordinary, well done.

My biggest achievement is finally learning how to manage my anxiety, which is an unfortunate side-effect of being on autistic. I've forever been trapped in a cycle of barely holding things together and functioning 'normally' until I completely break, about once every 2 years, then it all starts again. I couldn't work or sustain a relationship and I resented the responsibility of parenting because I couldn't even look after myself. I had to go back to the NHS time and time again to demand therapy after therapy because I just wanted to die. It was exhausting. I finally got put onto an 18 month course of DBT and it has completely changed my life. I've been stable for 18 months with not even a hint of a crisis. Life is so wonderful now and full of joy in comparison (sorry to be cheesy). I'm very proud of that accomplishment.

Just wanted to say how amazing I found your story, my own partner had similar stats to your befores and she’s currently down to 23 stone through Weight Watchers and hard work so I know just how much of an achievement it is to get to where you are now
