I couldn't stand Ricky Gervais. Didn't find him funny at all but watched his Humanitarian stand up show on Netflix and thought it was reasonably entertaining.

Bruce Willis, when he was originally in 'Moonlighting' and 'Die Hard' he came across as quite a decent and likable bloke, thought he did a really good job in 12 Monkey's.

But after reading about his arrogance and the range of roles he's willing to take, if his name is in the film I know what role he's playing. So why bother watching. Sorry Bruce but you're no Charles Bronson in Death Wish remake, just a predictable spoilt b actor.

Mostly their private lives turn me off them.

Thought Eva Green was interesting in Bond, then she goes and does a film with polanski and is on his arm kissing him in photos, she turns my stomach now, specially how they put her in childrens films.

Roman Polanski turned me off lots of actors, Pierce Brosnan, Ewan McGreggor, the guy who does the voice of wreck it ralph, Kate Winslet, Christopher Waltz, Jodie Foster, Johnny Depp etc..

Just really turn my stomach.

My opinion of Rik Mayall went up quite a lot recently.

I thought Drop Dead Fred was awful.

David Haye annoyed me with his antics and mind games leading up to the famous Vladimir Klitschko fight in 2011.

What was that program when he's like working for the prime minister or something, and he says about how Bill Clinton keeps his cigars moist?

For some reason, I used to hate Leo DiCaprio. Everything about him irritated me, which was annoying because he was in some films I otherwise enjoyed; now I think he's fantastic, and it's a sin it took so long for him to win an Oscar. I can't even recall what my turning point was.

I really do enjoy his work. Both afterlife and Derek are touching in many ways.

Does he ever write leads for others. He's always in the lead.

I didn't like Benedict Cumberbatch at all when I first saw him in Atonement as the awful rap*y man. His face bothered me a lot after that and I avoided watching anything with him in. Then I watched Sherlock and realised he's excellent. His face no longer bothers me.

"liked steven segal films initially but every film now its "lights, camera, stand still""

I was a fan of Seagal, Hard to Kill and Under Siege were old favourites. I can't recall the name of the dire film on Prime I tried to watch recently. Laboured, his monotone, whispered delivery, the slow mo fight scenes...deary me. I wasted 15 minutes.

I never rated Denzel as an actor until I saw him in Man on Fire. The way that man moves...oh my!

Yes, I've caught up on every Denzel film I've avoided. Watched Safe House again recently and loved him in Equaliser. Second installment enjoyed him but he was let down by the script.
