I think some people do and some people don't, as far as I'm concerned I only give, not receive, as in I enjoy pegging and I really don't expect everything to be squeaky clean, therefore I expect that and make sure I have gloves and condoms and wipes etc |

No. I rinse with a little water on my finger.
Douching regularly can upset the natural bacteria inside you.
I've always only used a finger and water. Not had an accident so far. |

I agree that douching can mess up the bacteria if you do it regularly- anal play isn’t very often on the cards for me so I still prefer to douche. |

You should use normal saline solution if you're going to do it, and not go in too far, or you'll cleanse the colon as well. |

Same here and I've never had an issue. Though that could also be down to a high fibre vegetarian diet. I've done anal play with guys who have douched before and there has been a little bit of stuff on the toy on occasion. It can happen. I dont think people should be doing anal if you can't handle that. |

How often does a person have colonic irrigation? Who recommend it and how often do they recommend it? How much do they earn from it?
Look on the NHS website regarding colonic irrigation, that you can only get done privately.
