I've had a really good, energetic couple of days this week.

I went back to work after long-term sick leave, and it was great.

I went swimming, which was also great.

And today, I'm absolutely exhausted and wiped out

Does anyone have a spare cuddle they could give me please? Xx

Hey. Next time you are in Southern Scotland give me a shout. There's a lovely spot you can park and get out a flask of soup. Looking South you can see all the way down Annadale towards the profile of Burnswark Hill and then on to the North of England with Skiddaw and all the peaks along the South of the Solway in the Lake District.

When the world wearies me... that spot is where I go and at the end of the afternoon, I go for a smashing coffee and cake in the Italian Cafe in Moffat. Sometimes that is as close to a cuddle as I can get.

Sorry the world is wearying you. If you have been unwell it can take a long time to get all the wheels turning again. Do a little at a time and take care of yourself.
