Good luck. The pills will help and counselling works wonders.
Best advice I had was to go to bed early, get up early and get out of the house.
Gardening helped me no end. |

Just want to say good luck. The daily struggle is tough on all sufferers. Don't pressure yourself, you're allowed a bad day. Sometimes that weight is so strong.
I myself have found avoiding triggers, eating right, exercising a little and recognising the cloud coming have helped me alot. I don't know your situation and don't know how i could help but as with alot of people on the site and off, you're never alone and always welcome to talk |

There's a book by Patrick Ellverton called Taming the Black Dog which is excellent in helping identify triggers and coping mechanisms
I recommend, even those non sufferers or past sufferers could benefit from the contents |
