Good day sorry if this has been mentioned before but.....here goes
Receiving a wink - the user wishes to chat - return the wink for the chat to start and ........... nothing.
Or would the user sending the wink prefer the recipient to engage in chat straight away with intros etc.
I/we Find it frustrating on occasion

When you return a wink, what are your expectations? |

If a wink is returned back from us ... my interpretation is that yes we’re interested to engage in conversation, but it’s 50/50 on that happening.
Would it be better to just send a message of introduction etc rather than returning a wink? |

" Exactly the same happens to us. They’re not that keen then. Maybe they just like winking (spell checked!) |

If I see a profile that has veri's and nice pics and very little else then I'll send a wink, just out of intrigue, and also because they've not inspired me to think of anything to say, but they look hot in their photos.
But they are a great ice breaker. if I get a wink I reply with a message, the majority of my successful meets have started this way. |

I agree a returned wink hints at interest and wait to see what their next move is ... if there is no next move we do tend to wonder well why the fuck did they wink in the first place.
If they wink expecting you to then send an introductory message ... meh ... height of laziness to me |

Prefer winks at times as some of the messages I receive are terrible. If I get a wink and I'm interested in them, I'll message rather than wink back, just a thanks for the wink. Hopefully that gets the conversation started or if sent accidentally totally ignored. |

If you don’t know what to do at your age then there’s really no hope for you |
