You've just destroyed one of my all time favourite songs.

Bluegrass is extremely low down on my musical interests. I can listen to alternative country such as the Gourds, but that's as close as I go.
Each to his/her own and all that. |

"All the Postmodern Jukebox back catalogue.
Ever fancied seeing a 7ft clown singing Royals? Or a flaming saxophone?
Go check out PMJ.
P xxx "
I love PMJ. And the shows are amazing live (although every one is different as they don't have a regular set up so there may be 2 or 3 tours going on around the world at any one time.) |

A ska version of the Doris Day song Perhaps Perhaps Perhaps you say? Happy to be of service:
https://youtu.be/TMpl0hKqojw
Or how about the same band's take on the Doctor Who theme:
https://youtu.be/R1EyR8ClqX0
And then there is this take on Oasis' Roll With It by an Italian ska band:

You're Gonna Make Me Lonesome When You Go - Mary Lou Lord
Where the original is sad but at least has a jaunty quality to it, this version is just downright heart breaking. Lovely version though.

Yeah, they put on a great show. Saw them on their first two tours here. The first, especially, was glorious, with all the old faces on show in tiny, sweaty Dingwalls. |

If anyone is into metal music covers there's a group called UMC (ultimate metal covers) they do some pretty good covers of 90's songs the best one is captain jack...
Then there's the more heavier stuff like leo moracchioli he does some nice covers too. |

Ok it is pretty much a straight cover but it is amazing and if you like really long self indulgent getting lost in your guitar this is a similar version to the one he played at Newcastle
Stephen Malkmus and the Jicks doing Roxy Musics Mother of Pearl

Avril Lavigne does a surprisingly haunting version of Nickelback's How You Remind Me.
Jack Ingram's country cover of Lips of an Angel by Hinder is awesome.
Josh Groban's cover of Vincent (Starry Starry Night) is far superior to the original, in my opinion. As are pretty much all of his covers.

Not sure how you'd classify this one. So bad it's actually good? Listenable for the comedy value? This track is featured on their album of cover versions, so there's plenty more where this came from.
