Anyone else watch this last night? Thoroughly entertaining, and an important spotlight on men's health. Certainly inspired me to move a bit more, and consume a bit less!!

Saw about half the programme, enjoyable and nostalgic but how can they resurrect a 90's England team without Gazza? Missed a trick with that I think.

As for Ruddock, when was he ever a star player at club or country level? He seems to hog any opportunity for TV without offering anything but a former hardman image and "bantz".

He's a good motivator to eat healthy though. What a state!
