Yep. My senior tried shouting at me in front of the kids once (she always tried to put people down. She loved that the kids were scared of her, she could control them that way. If they saw her putting me down, it gave me no authority) and I said ‘look you can shout and scream at children and think it’s not an issue, if they talk back you claim it’s cheek. Talk to me like an adult, and I will speak to you the same way’ and sat down with the silent children who were eating snack and watching.

I left my job because I was in very grave danger of actually doing this. Such was the risk that a colleague and I had an agreement that if either of us was about to let rip a stream of invective at our boss that the other would rugby tackle us to the ground before we started. Hence my rapid and succint answer earlier |

Report it, it's a safeguarding issue 
As for storming out, report it, it's a safeguarding issue she left a room out of ratio.
Bullying you, it's also a safeguarding children.
Look up significant harm and the definition un the children's act.
Speak to your local LADO.
I work in early years, I take no prisoners and ensured people have been sacked before now because of their practices. Children cannot choose who take their of them, we need to be their advocates. |

When it costs you nothing you always want to make yourself and tour boss look good to his supriors this prevents the downward chain of shit.
If the higher ups are in ppe and look busy. When theyre not chill out.
If you dont follow that rule ypur boss gets hammered you get hammered and the higher ups start hammering folk |
