Problem with a bad start to a year is it skews your perspective, good shit can be overlooked as you focus on the bad shit.
Take a deep breath, pick your self up put on the rose tinted glasses and positively look for the good, generally it's actually about equal.  |

They don't. Things just happen. Can you control them? Not always but you can control your attitude and reactions X if you always look down that's the way you'll always go X |

Sometimes life is shit.
Sometimes challenging things happen that you weren't expecting, that weren't part of your plan.
But from my own experience good things can come out of the shit things...You might not see that or feel that now but 6 months or a year down the line you'll probably be able to look back and see how far you've come.
Your life might be different to how you expected it to be,but different doesn't have to mean worse.
When life throws a big fucking spanner in the works it's understandable to be angry, to feel cheated, and it's ok wallow for a bit but then you need to focus on moving forward.

Life isnt a bed of roses we all go through shit times but its just a part of our lives. My 30s was the shittest time of my life the whole decade was shit. Three years ago i went through hell on earth for about 18 months. But do you know something the outcome was the best ever and id actually go through those 18 months again as the outcome was the best possible ever |
