"Google and find all the terrible things it might be?
I had a friend who did this! Sore foot, internet surfing, 10 mins later he was a self diagnosed hemophiliac with Ebola and scurvy! "
Raynauds is much more common. |

Ive got a really strange suggestion....
I get cold feet a lot. I was doing pelvic floor exercises one day and realised that it boosted the circulation to my feet and they had warmed up. I'm aware it may not work for you as its possible I've bee wired up incorrectly, but it's worth a try....

I have Raynauds and sounds like you do too. Could be a hot blistering sweaty day in July..
I could be out in just a pair of shorts sunbathing.. people wilting everywhere in the heat..
My hands and feet will still be cold to the touch.
Its a narrowing of the veins and restricts blood flow to hands and feet. Nothin to worry about just pretty damn annoying in the middle of winter, its minus 10 outside and you hear a "none raynauds" person say " i cant feel my hands"..
YOU HAVE NO IDEA!! |
