Love this film. Also enjoy Posiden Adventure, Singin in the Rain, The Great Escape, Bridge over the river Kwai, 633 squadron, to name a few that spring to mind.

Theyre all great, something about the classics without the fancy special effects

Love the film, some great trivia about it as well, especially the way the stars names show in the credits at the beginning as neither wanted the other to get top billing. I've also read the two books the film was based on.

Always feel a good war film from the sixties, recently watched 'A Bridge to Far' on Prime, perfect bit of Sunday telly

I think it was the first film I saw at the cinema when I came to England

Love this film, as well as the great escape, force ten from naverone, where eagles dare. One film I’ve tried to watch and always seem to fall asleep at the same place is Bullitt.
