"We are supposed to be adults on here, so why do so many people say fun when they actually mean sex?
If they do actually mean fun, why do I get blocked when I suggest a nice game of monopoly "
Is sex not fun then? |

Euphamisms are best for describing fun
the lust for her bust,
the urge for a purge,
the yank on the crank,
the flirt of her skirt,
the push of her tush ... |

Would using the words adult fun be any better |

Sexual fun would be more specific

Because if they use any alternative they think they will get blocked.
And when you say monopoly they think you are being sarcastic and awkward and wasting their time.
It all boils down to lack of poor communication and bad experiences. |

I liken it to the old cheesy 70s shows like Benny Hill
Cliches and such like
I’ll openly admit I’ll not reply if someone uses the words naughty or play. |

I think if people get anothers sarcasm they share their sense of humour and would probably get on well at a meet. If they block then I would assume they don't get it and obviously won't get it, fun that is |

"Oh it should be yes, but when someone says fancy some fun, I'm guessing they don't mean ten pin bowling, they need to be more specific"
Because we all know they are talking in a sexual context, because it is fun, because maybe they've been told off for being crude or too forward if they're more specific, because different people find different scenarios exciting so use a catch all word to establish if there's a general level of interest before getting more detailed? Other things on here bother me, use of words like fun and professional just don't. |

Would you (OP) want to meet someone with no sense of humour? If they block you for saying that then no loss surely .....rather someone with a bit of personality about them.... |

It’s easier to write. I get confabulated by long words. |

No, I don't mind them blocking me, I actually find it oddly fun . They were obviously monopoly haters. |

"Lesson learnt. Just be clear and avoid using ‘fun’ ‘naughty fun’.
Ok who wants to wank me off until I spurt cum all over their thighs? "
I’d prefer that to the never ending cheesy cliche lines that should stay in Allo Allo |

Maybe we could suggest a naughty version of monopoly to the games company, including adult clubs to buy and the pieces could be in the shape of various sex toys, a rampant rabbit or double ended dildo for example?? |

Omg if they had wank me off lines in Allo Allo I might have bothered watching it |

I genuinely think it’s a bit of British reserve. Because you’re right, we are all adults on this site look for some kind of sexual encounter. Sex should be fun of course, but there’s no logical reason we shoudny call it sex.
Do love the idea of strip monopoly though. Could be the longest session ever! |

And instead of the waterworks it's watersports or instead of go you could have "go straight to orgy collect 200 orgasms" instead of jail it go to bed alone and masturbate, I think you are on to something. |

So how about “I’ve an issue I need you to help me with. I need you to open the door to my lustful behaviour, your obvious skill would work wonders, You just start by twisting the knob on my door to pleasure”
Said in a shakespearian manner. ‘Foresooth’ |
