Bloody hate it, three items I have brought this month and all three don't fit and have had to be returned!
A bra - same size as all my other bras!
A sequin swimsuit (for glasto) same size as my normal swimsuit
A Nike running jacket - yep you guess it same size as my Adidas tops and Helly Hansen Jacket
Wished I had saved my money if I am honest.
Would love to know what the keep to return ratio is for websites such as Asos. Also the actually shops are stocking less stock, forcing us to shop online.

The most annoying thing is. Everything for men’s is now a skinny fit or muscle fit.
There’s nothing skinny about my thighs and I could do with some nicely fitted bottoms and tops. Not any of this tight as hell, blood clotting, DVT causing trousers. My body shape is a strange one. Difficult to get a right fit.
I do return a lot of my stuff too (and from ASOS) as well. But, they’re usually quite quick to refund the money. |

I find online shopping convenient but also not. I love Asos for their Curve range but I really struggle with finding things that fit my bust and my waist without looking like a smock.
Also, bras are quite often different depending on style and the shape of your boobs - sometimes I sister size down to get a better fit.
The worst site for me has been PrettyLittleThing. I don't know why I convinced myself to buy a thigh split wrap around dress but it ended up flashing my quim whenever I moved and the fabric gave me static. |

Only ever buy jeans and trainers online now as they the only items where I can get the sizes right. K
Any other shopping for clothes I do one big shop every few years. I hate shopping for clothes. Maybe do a Primark now and again as if it don't fit I've only lost a few quid.
Only time I ever found store staff helpful was at House of Fraser. I normally wouldn't go there but I needed a new overcoat and was sick of trying to find one I liked and one that would actually fit me. Most of the stores I looked in the staff couldn't give two shits and the gear was mostly chav crap. On a hunch I had a look in H&F and found a very snazy overcoat on sale. The woman on the department could obviously tell I was have trouble with the sizes and he was extremely helpful.
She was very hot too. I'd definitely go there again if I need anything if they haven't closed down.

All internet shopping is a pain, (often the important details are left off the description) unless you know the exact item and it's a repeat order.
I much prefer to look in person, touch, feel, smell, read the information go back and redo if required |

Yeah your right. I'm a 30 W /32 L so I'm already skinny as fuck. It's hard enough finding jeans that fit and that's all they sell in shops now. |

I only buy things online that I know will fit, such as bras from brands I know and are on offer. Sizing is just so random.
With the exception of eBay, where I buy baring in mind whether I can get my money back reselling if it doesn't fit.
I do most of my clothes shopping in charity or vintage shops and at car boot sales.

I feel like I'm the only person around who never ever shops online.
High streets are dying out because of the Internet. In time there will be nothing on our streets but nail bars, takeaways and barbers.

I never buy o line without looking at the size guide. 9/10 it gets sent back, it's really disappointed me. We have no decent shops left in Northampton so online shopping is the only option without having to go to MK and I'd rather not! |

I'm a 30/32 in jeans but I have tiny little snake hips. I have issues getting normal jeans at that size to fit over my thighs. (Even though my legs arent particularly big) But this also affects buying shirts. With a 17" neck and between a 42 to 44" chest, shirts are like fucking sails unless I go for a tailored fit, which I normally struggle to get into with my back.
I had some handmade shirts from Thailand a couple of years ago. I still order from them. Everyone fits perfectly and it only works out to about £30 A shirt, delivered. |

Finding clothes to fit me is hard work. I tried a XXXL hoodie on today and it wouldn't fit me.
I swear most of the clothes are made for little Chinese people. |

I shop online almost every day. But I only shop with places I know that fit me properly. I usually shop with ASOS, Selfridges, etc as what I am buying I usually buy a lot of. I should send some of it back but my partner is a size smaller than me and my brother is a size larger so usually I end up giving it to them. Or if it’s a sale item, I’ll donate it to a charity shop. |

I'd love that!
Jeans don't even go there... I don't shop for these in the UK anymore, I just seem to leave the shop crying and feeling fat. I've learnt to shop for these when on holiday, the staff are usually more helpful and it helps that I do not understand the sizing!
So please to hear I am not the only one who dislikes shopping I assumed I was and everyone else had it nail down to a fine art |
