I lost a very dear friend of mine this weekend to a very aggressive form of cancer.. He leaves behind a wife, a 2 year old and a 13 year old daugher ( 13 year old is mine too)
I just wanted to say to all those that think that they have a grudge with an old friend.. or someone that make up before its to late.. luckily for me I managed to fix the fact that we hadnt talked properly for a few years.. yet before that for 32 years he and I were thick as thieves..
Yes our being a couple was a failure but it wasnt due to anything other than the fact that best friends dont always make good couples.. I feel like I have lost a sibling..
Its things like this which make you realise that life is to short.. so Live each day like its your last...
He was 36... and till midway through last year.. was fit and well.. Think how Jason statham looks and you wont be far wrong... and when he passed he looked about 90 and just well... its something I never ever hope to have to witness again.

Sorry for your loss and for the family
I lost my dad when he was 35 to thrombosis I was 10
Since that day life's too short has been my motto
Yes I fall out wi people but always strive to make it up and have never held a grudge
The day he died made me the person Iam today and since then I have always just lived my life with little thought to anyone's judgement of how I do it xx |

It is two of my girls involved.. but I am grateful that my other daughter doesnt really understand.. she is upset.. but has been with me all this time.
I feel sorry for the new daughter and wife.. they only got married just over 18 months ago...
I can not imagine.. she had her soul mate and lost him...
And the younger daughter.. wont even remember her dad.. adn that is sader still.. in fact I cried as much over that as anything else.
