The reason I can wear vampy lipstick is the same as the reason I do much better in vivid colours, for example. You probably know a lot of this stuff instinctively. For sure! And you do you. I started this mostly as, it really helped me and although it's of greatest application in makeup, it definitely also applies to clothes. The reason I can wear vampy lipstick is the same as the reason I do much better in vivid colours, for example. You probably know a lot of this stuff instinctively. "I haven't read all of the above so if i'm repeating myself ...... Yellow and gold. I'm not a lover of yellow as a main colour but it's daytime so a yellow necklace on the large side. Not bulky though but long , thin elegant plates or curves..... gold trim. Drop earings. Thin metal wrist bracelets of yellow and gold / alternating. light bronze to dark gold bag and shoes carefully selected colourwise. MUSTN'T be yellow or gold. Large silk/chiffon scarf/shoulder wrap nearer the colour of the shoes. Simply patterned if the dress is plain. Plain if the dress is patterned.
