we are about to dump them, took them 6 weeks to sort our internet when we moved. we couldnt change then as they had us in a long contract, but it ends in a few days  |

Get a name, get a promise to sort and get them to ring you back. Not found a perfect one yet because they are all cutting corners to be competitive on price.  |

Officially the worst customer service of all the ISP's..being able to speak urdi helps btw.
I lasted 3 weeks with them..crap company..do they still tell people they own plusnet? |

we changed from bt to talk talk cos of price wish we never they took 4 payments from our account for same period and took 121days to retrieve it even had bank manager ring them direct shite company |

If its a broadband issue, the phone is the worst thing you can use.
They have a talktalk members forum that is a bit hard to register on sometimes, but worth it in the end.
Less hassle than the phone. |

i was with tiscali great company till Talk talk took them over thenthey changed the rules Fooked up the billing date had been fine for 8 years then they cahanged the date of the bill to 3 days before i got paid then had the cheek to charge me 25 notes for there fook-up left sharpish and as i already had sky i wenthere for free!! unlimited and i get 15mb off the phone line. |
