"Any good?
Too noisy?
Used once and then it lives under the bed?
"
With that stupid thing made of 4 rubber strings that you stretch by pulling apart, and that useless thing for getting abs without doing fuck all by sticking pads round your body and adding electric, oh and my old cushions lol |

I don't like having things under the bed so I'm trying to head that off before buying one.
What exercise did you do with your old cushions? |

I have one
Well technically not mine
My sons, he uses it to prevent the muscles on his paralysed side from wasting
Definitely seen an improvement on him since I bought it.
I've used it a few times when I've been really stiff the day after a heavy gym session, it helps loosen me up
Tip though... Don't put it near a mirror!
First time I used it all I could see was me cheeks shaking! |

Getting one was suggested because of the stiffness I am getting.
I have very few mirrors so it's unlikely I'll see myself on the thing.

London/Essex... ish... Romford to be exact |
"I went on one and I thought it was going to shake a poo out of my intestines and it gave me shin splints. " well technically it is working and of some benefit then I'd argue. A good poo is prolly around 1/2lb.

I'm already quite regular so I'm not sure I need a £100+ laxative.

"Is it like a home version of a Power Plate? Use one at gym, helping my core strength"
Yes. You can get stand up ones or flat ones.
My trainer friend suggested it might help but as she has aerial yoga kit, a rowing machine and everything else I thought I should seek a wider range of opinions.

All of these devices probably have some benefit but using these alone probably will show no tangible benefits. Still need a good diet, cardio and/or strength training. As a complimentary aid it might do some good but nothing really noticeable. Please note i am not a health professional and probably talking shit. Maybe. |

I'm not expecting miracles but if it adds an extra dimension to me holding boat pose...
Or, I could just stand next to the washing machine on the spin cycle.
