Does anyone know what this hotel actually is?!

Me and some friends saw it and genuinely considered it for the laughs. They don't know I'm actually a massive horndog and I was genuinely wondering if it is a swinger hotel?

A friend who recently went to turkey said he heard of this hotel and heard it’s full of swingers.

I’ve done some digging online and only found it to be a party hotel, no mention of swinging but if anyone’s been and experienced it I’d like to know more!
