i seem to have this effect on a lad on the tills in asda.
i am very 'beary' looking as is he and whether he recognises me from outside our checkout exchanges i don't know.
but he puts his head down, won't maintain eye contact, is dead nervy when i speak to him, but when i look away to pack my bags, i can see out the corner of my eye having a proper good look.
just to show this works two ways, apparently i have the same reaction to one of our drivers. my colleague swears blind he only comes in the office to torment me and apparently i lose all sense of managerial credibility in his presence |

I did'nt think I was the scary type but there is someone that I see everynow and then at work that seems to turn into a stuttering nervous wreck when he has to speak to me |

I have had a couple of men who came to my house who were very nervous, most arent though. If i dont like the look of someone, they make me feel nervous, thats why to me looks are important. |

I seem to make most people nervous, most people have not got clue how to cope with someone that is blind or has disability. Has to be some advantages to being blind and torturing people is one of them |

I forgot about passengers when doing track days.. they seem to start off being all calm and collected.. and get out and dont want to get back in..
no idea why.. as only crashed once on the track in many years.. had a few kittylitter moments.. but nothing major.
lol

"Yep, any boy that comes knocking on my door for my 15yr old daughter "
Lol I like this.
My youngest son's girlfriends mother is nervous around me. She acts, in my opinion, very childish and has different parenting skills to myself. She seems to think it odd that when she asked if my son could go away with them overnight to visit relatives, I wanted to know who they were visiting, and the mothers' telephone number. She is always surprised that I expect to know where and who exactly my son is with and gets tongue tied when answering me. I don't speak down to her and am always friendly but she gets flustered cos I'm asking questions |

Apparently a lot of people at work think I'm scary. I think it's because I speak my mind and don't take any crap but it's never a personal thing. It does mean I don't get bothered with the crap though! |

And when you hit a bit too hard what do you say "sorry didn't see you there"
Just returned from Braille it really is the blind leading the blind lol |

Someone I was interested in told me they didn't know where my mouth had been.
Suffice to say it was a hard and unfair criticism to take, but I guess that qualifies as me making them nervous? |
