How do you determine whether they do or not?

Wasn't told in school that I would catch molluscume from having protected sex...

Think how "benign" it is to have contagious skin warts for 18 month.

Such is the power of total ignorance.

Its drug resistant which means you have to have the injection and the tablets to treat it.

Its also not a great bacteria compared to the normal one its kinda like mrsa its gets out competed.

The cases so far arent people catching it its people not taking the meds properly and effectivly breeding it within themselves

Over use of antibiotics has created this and there isb't much research going on into new ones. It happens though with most infections though the ones you don't kill are the ones that spread as they evolve.

Years ago...

I cought this one where the girl had conjunctivitis.

A week later I had conjunctivitis. The top 1mm of my "urithra" was swolen and it hurt to piss.

I had a 7 day course of antibiotics from noticing the problem and it went away.

Idk if it was gonorreah or clamedia. I was really happy I was able to notice it early and treated immediately.

If you never had it before....you won't realize it's progressively painfull to piss and open your eyes as the days go by and your glad modern science throws you a lifeline.

If modern science no longer can give you this lifeline you would be foolish to actively seek bareback!

I learned from a foolish blowjob. I've never been into "bareback" as such.

If you have the conjunctivitis/urethra burn longer than 1 week it would be totally debilitating.

I can remember feeling like I needed to piss but having to drink a tone of water and I feared going to piss because of the pain.

Like catch 22

And you go work in the men's room making wierd noises at urinal trying to pee

If it got worse I think you might end up pissing blood

Can you go to the walk in center of the hospital for instant treatment in the UK?

Or do the socialists literally make you wait for an appointment and 7 day results still? Making you answer big brother questions and not doing the 1 hour test?

If I knew I had an Sti I would be very angry if I was made to wait more than 24 hours to get the antibiotics.

I would want to go to walk in center and see doctor/prescription asap.

I immagine in NHS they would have you running through hoops for up to a week to get it sorted and you would be in loads of pain.

There and to the left a bit

Can only speak from the experience I had when one of my regular tests came back "unequivocal" (i.e. they weren't sure if they had a false positive - which they did after further testing) - they had me attend the clinic at the earliest opportunity to conduct further tests AND administer the cure as a precaution. Certainly no hoops jumped there.

Most of the time it's only discovered you have a problem as a result of testing, as many STIs don't present noticeable or easily distinguishable symptoms.

As for those thinking that "gloving up" will provide the complete answer - most STIs can be passed on through oral you know, so unless you are using dams/condoms for that too you're not protected, and even with condoms/dams some STIs can still be passed on. Whether you choose to use them is a risk you need to assess and decide on for yourself.

Which is why it is so important for everyone to get regularly tested who is sexually active and has multiple partners, or even with one partner who themselves has multiple partners

You mentioned socialists - The labour government invested substantially in NHS treatments, including STI health. Funding levels have been cut substantially in recent years, affecting clinic services. Some tests are done immediately and results available to deliver treatment. Others have a delay: it depends on where/what you are/is being tested for. Walk-in and appointment only clinics are available.

'I immagine in NHS they would have you running through hoops for up to a week to get it sorted and you would be in loads of pain' The NHS staff are typically wonderful and doing the very best that they can, despite funding levels having been cut so much. The clinics, as you mention, are one treatment option. Private treatment is also available additionally to the various NHS options, for those who may be able to afford it.

Ultimately we get the NHS that we vote for - some people are less happy to increase tax payments, to increase service levels.

Durham

You're a bit behind on this news and so is the fear mongering, click baity news reporters.

2 cases of resistance against the COMMON antibiotic used, however both woman were treated with a different antibiotic with no further complications.

This doesn't make it drug resistant as it can still be easily treated with the right medication.

Though that's no excuse for not wearing protection.

Mr Tease
