I will be back in 10min, what are you doing? I will be concentrating on the shakra, the 3rd eye and I will do deep lung breathing, breath in, hold and breath out for 15sec |

My friend is a bhudist and she meditates alot" I see and that is right, do you sometimes join in? I am currently learning me the text to follow the mantras so I can sing it.

I often meditate to quieten the monkey mind.
Meditation to open 3rd eye and crown chakras and fab to feed the root chakra |

"Love my meditation n yoga... Quietens the noise inside " Yes it does. I am also doing ashtanga yoga. I can do a hand stand but supported on the wall, soon I can do it on free standing. |
