I will be back in 10min, what are you doing? I will be concentrating on the shakra, the 3rd eye and I will do deep lung breathing, breath in, hold and breath out for 15sec

I am now back, it was good, when I do it I also like to listen to gayatri and rudram mantras, ommmmmm ommmmmmm.

no. i cant seem to let myself get to the point of relaxing. My friend is a bhudist and she meditates alot

I see and that is right, do you sometimes join in? I am currently learning me the text to follow the mantras so I can sing it.

i want her to teach me as i just cant seem to let myself get deep

I often meditate to quieten the monkey mind.

Meditation to open 3rd eye and crown chakras and fab to feed the root chakra

I see and that is good you want to learn it, when you do deep lung breathing you get a nice feeling when your stomach sucks in as there are no air left then it comes back.

Yes it does. I am also doing ashtanga yoga. I can do a hand stand but supported on the wall, soon I can do it on free standing.
