Lost a bit of confidence since Christmas. Don't really know why but it's defintely taken it's toll on my wanting to meet.

What things do you do to give yourself a boost and make yourself feel sexy? Confidence is a mental thing how do you actually boost self esteem?

I write down the things I hate about myself and then stroll down the beach and chuck the paper into the sea. If I cant chuck it in I wait and sit by the sea until I'm able. Rinse and repeat for few days when im truly hating on me afterwards I try to do actions which turn those negatives into positives.

Usually just have a good chat with some mates.. Funny enough all we do is take the piss out of each other all the time but it always makes me feel good knowing ive got those bastards looking out for me

Don't let it get to you sometimes having a break from this might help look at me I have like the worse username ever and I'm struggling to get meets and trust me it does bother me a little but I keeps my head up trust me you are far from the problem if I was next to you I'd give you a nice hug and make sure your alright if you want to talk I'm online all the time if you want to talk I'm all ears

I think it's a winter thing I usually do 20miles plus on my bike in the nice weather and it does help, blows away the cobwebs xxx

Anytime xx doesn't work for everybody. After I do that I train harder, eat healthier and work smarter. I repeat the cycle when that impetus wanes and keep it going. Recently took up wrestling again.....that's tons of fun lol x

Once the weather isn't so shit I will ride home from my night shift and detour along the prom by the sea. It feels great. You sound like a night time person. I am a morning person but it's all the same as long as we are doing it anyway. Feeling nicely motivated thanks lovely xxx

She was quite fun lol wrestling for the upper hand, she never won but the trying was fun see? Legs locked around my neck I'm happy with. Just chuck her up on my shoulders and my face is in a great place lol aye dude I'm in the fav car one too lol bikes are more my thing like but genuinely love old school muscle cars

Sorry to hear this.

I don't know about boosting your self esteem?

But have you considered taking a little break away from here?

I know occasionally when I get overwhelmed with too many things, you just don't feel this as you should.

So take yourself away for several weeks, freshen up your mind (might help now it's approaching spring and getting a little lighter?).

Then comeback to it when it feels fresh and new again.

For a lot of people this is an amazing fun experience and escape.

It is a buzz getting nice messages or compliments on your profile or photos (regardless of if you take compliments well).

Sadly intermixed with this are the idiots you have to deal with.

Don't close your profile, just hide it and take a little time for you. Then come back when you feel ready as it's the. Something new and exciting again.

We all go through spells where we can't be at this and on it 100% all the time. (Especially if you've also a life to lead outside?).

So (easier said than done!), Try not to worry and give yourself a break mentally from the delightful madhouse that this place is. Wether that's a week, a couple of weeks or whatever.

Do what feels right for you.

I'm sure you'll work through it.

Go to a mirror tell yourself 5 things that you are good at you like about your self do every morning.. try and find different things not the same 5 ..

Sorry to hear your confidence has taken a knock. If it's an exoerience that's done it then put it behind you. If it's the way you feel about yourself then be good to.yourself, love yourself and others. Get your hair done, your nails just do things that make you feel good. Dont surround yourself with negative people. And hes right you know you are gorgeous x
