Favourite fromage? That's a toughie. A nice mature cheddar is hard to beat, but I like many others too to be fair.

I love truffled brie, or a very strong cheddar - the sort which really 'buzzes' in your mouth. The only cheeses I don't like are insipid mild/medium supermarket cheddars and any kind of plastic processed cheese.
