Who gambled more than they should? Have you ever let it get out of hand? How did you over turn the unnecessary spending?

I was stuck on the snowball bets where you would stick 25 in and bet what a Twitter link said to do and supposed to build it up to a grand, I chased my losses when they inevitably lost, I had to delete Twitter basically and shut my accounts and go cold turkey etc.... It's hard to get out of as of how easy it is to do it,

If you feel the need to ween yourself off it, look at matched betting, no risk of losing and loads of bets but very small gains, but the volume of the bets will curb urges

Yes see I would make a stupid bet and put a few £ on or buy a few scratch cards lottery tickets but I feel like I’m spending too much for what I eventually win back so I want to quit for 3/4 months and re evaluate my financial situation haha

Yeah I know how you feel, I'm still in the situation where if I have £5 and I'm walking down the high street I go into a bookies and go red or black on roulette, if I win I cash out and that buys lunch etc or if I lose I miss that meal for pride,

Honestly Google "Profit Accumulator" you will get the sensation of betting but no risk if you do the process correctly

I’ve done the very low risk betting but I’d still buy a scratch card or something which I’m sensing is just a waste in the long run it’s almost like I’m willing to just throw it away
