My baby rav4 had a boo boo (engine management light) so I diagnosed the boo boo (with a computer thingy) and it was an oxygen sensor...so I removed and replaced with help from YouTube....ladies do we really need a man to fix our cars boo boo,s?

I just googled what you did, fair play op! Plenty of men would have dropped their car into a garage before they would try that. Kudos

Older cars - engines, yes I'd have no problem fixing most things

Modern cars, I'd probably have to do the You Tube thingy!

Tyres & other basics I could still manage easily though.

Yes. And then you can watch them and wank over the image later of rolled up sleeves and forearm muscles and smudges of dirt and maybe a droplet of sweat working its way down...

(I don't sometimes, I do others. Need them to fix it that is)

I can change a tyre

Unfortunately these days the nuts are done up so tightly unless you’ve got one of those machine unscrew thingys the buggers won’t loosen...!!

You can pretty much anything to a basic degree just be using YouTube. All my DIY skills such as replacing a ceiling and plumbing has come free YouTube tutorials.

You got lucky lady, next time it could be your flange manifold gasket thingy on the top there and they ain’t cheap, or easy to repair.
