I make my own fat bombs. 85-90% dark chocolate, coconut oil, almond butter, ground almonds and whatever nut of your choosing. Melt the liquid ingredients and mix it all up, freeze it once cooled and then i divide it into 8 pieces so i get 1 piece a day. Each serving worked out to be around 400 cals. I also made brownies from avocados. The texture was actually similar to a brownie with it being all soft and gooey in texture. However i wasn't sure how much stevia to use and didn't use anywhere near enough and it was very bitter. I am sure that had i made them sweeter they would have been quite tasty. Found several recipes just by googling. |
